Plans Underway to Renovate Church of the Holy Communion

Guided by a developmentteam including Devrouax + Purnell, Architects and Planners,and project manager,Synthesis, Inc., preparations are underway to substantially renovate Holy Communion Parish for the School’s use. Located in the Congress Heights section ofS.E., the facility has been generously made available by the Episcopal Diocese of Washington.

Built in 1950, it containsover 14,000 sq. ft. of useable space. Conveniently situated on a major thoroughfare, the site is easily accessible by public transportation. The vestry and congregation have enthusiastically embraced the introduction of the school into their parish community.

The School has purchased an adjacent lot to enhance our flexibility and potentially expand the number of students we will be able to serve at this location.
